How to Track Your Order
- Find your Order Number – You’ll find this in your confirmation email or WhatsApp message (e.g., ZT-2024-00123).
- Enter your Email or Phone Number – Use the same one you used at checkout.
- Add Tracking Code (Optional) – If you received a courier tracking number, add it for faster results.
- Click “Track Order”

Why Isn’t My Tracking Showing?
Don’t worry. It can take up to 24–48 hours for the courier’s system to update after we ship your watch. If it’s been longer than that, please contact us.
Understanding Your Order Status
- Processing: We have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
- Shipped: Your watch has left our store and is with the courier.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with the courier and will be delivered today.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
