Delivering Luxury to Your Door

At Zylo Time, we understand that the moment you place an order, the excitement begins. Whether you’re treating yourself or gifting someone special, we want your timepiece to arrive safely, securely, and exactly when you expect it. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers across the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We also offer international shipping to selected countries. If you’re outside the UAE and would like to place an order, please contact us directly before purchasing and we will confirm availability and shipping costs for your location.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During this time we verify your order details, carefully inspect and package your timepiece, prepare all documentation, and hand your order over to our trusted courier partner.

You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options for UAE customers.

Standard Delivery — 3 to 5 business days. Available across all UAE emirates at a standard shipping rate.

Express Delivery — 1 to 2 business days. Available for Dubai and nearby emirates for customers who need their order faster.

Same Day Delivery — Available in select areas of Dubai Marina and surrounding neighborhoods. Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability for your location.

International Shipping — 7 to 14 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing for international orders, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Within UAE — Standard shipping is available at a flat rate. Express and same-day delivery options are available at an additional cost. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Shipping — We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value within the UAE. Please check our website for the current free shipping threshold as this may change from time to time.

International Shipping — Rates vary depending on the destination country and package weight. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping charge and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. How We Pack Your Order

Every Zylo Time order is packed with the same care we would expect if we were the ones receiving it. Your watch is secured in protective packaging to prevent movement and damage during transit. Brand new watches are shipped in their original brand packaging wherever available. Pre-owned watches are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. For gift orders, please let us know at checkout or via WhatsApp and we will take extra care with the presentation.

We never cut corners on packaging because we know what’s inside matters to you.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through our Track Order page at zylotime.com or directly on the courier’s website.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will typically attempt delivery again the following business day or leave a notification with instructions for collection or rescheduling.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Zylo Time cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please take the following steps.

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the watch immediately before opening further. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors, building reception, or any secure location the courier may have left the package. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been handed to the courier, address changes may not be possible and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an international order. Zylo Time cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

11. Public Holidays and Delays

During UAE public holidays and peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will always communicate any expected delays via our website or directly to affected customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courier partnerships, pricing, or service areas. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy before placing an order.
